Melynda Caudle, President and owner of Cooper Consulting since 2006, has spent the last twenty plus years working with customers, including many state agencies in Texas, to solve complex legacy migration challenges, provide turn-key outsourced business application delivery, and as her customers say – simply finding the best people to fill key roles on state agency projects. Melynda believes in and acts on being customer-focused and has an innate curiosity about what makes people and systems work, and this fuels the results-oriented problem-solving that brings her bliss. Her broad experience working for EDS, IBM, state and county governmental bodies, and now Cooper Consulting has allowed her to work closely with customers, technologists, and people at all levels of those organizations.
She is heavily involved in giving back to the communities that she loves – via board membership and sponsorship of these organizations: Executive Women in Texas Government, Impact Austin, Association for Women in Technology Austin, The Alternative Board (TAB), Executive Women’s Forum, and Leadership Texas.
A native New Mexican, Melynda enjoys trips to Ruidoso – no matter what time of year it is. She enjoys energy work as a Reiki Master, sings with the TASSCC Masters, and is passionate about being in her grandchildren’s lives.
KELLYE PROSISE, Chief of Operations

Kellye Prosise is a contract and program management specialist with 25 years of experience. Kellye joined Cooper Consulting in 2011 and became a member of the management team during the summer of 2012. She works with the Cooper Consulting staff to enhance process efficiencies as well as to drive focus on our key corporate competencies.
She has the proven ability to plan and manage complex projects within budget and on schedule, while leading team members to achieve common goals. She has strong interpersonal as well as data analysis skills with a focus on practical approaches to dealing with complex issues. She came to us after 20 years with Motorola / Freescale Semiconductors in a variety of Project Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Assurance roles.
Kellye enjoys spending her free time with friends and family in Bastrop, Texas, where she grew up. She is a trivia enthusiast and has a deep love for all things associated with the Wizard of Oz.
LEE BASEY, Senior Managing Consultant

Lee joined the Cooper Consulting Team in June of 2017. Lee has worked with Melynda in the past and shares the same passion for results and great customer service. Lee has experience in both the private and government sectors working on complex, high profile projects.
Lee has experienced the full spectrum of the Software Development Lifecycle while working with customers in roles from developer, business analyst, architect, project manager, to contract manager. This experience helps him see the viewpoint of every role played and what is needed to make a project successful for all stakeholders. He is customer focused and is dead set on learning the business of the customer and how their business needs and the technology fit into the big picture of things.
In his spare time, Lee likes to fly (airplanes), hunt, and practice Kung Fu and Tai Chi. He also likes to spend time in the outdoors enjoying the scenery and wildlife.
TERESA MOSES, Enterprise Platform Evangelist

Teresa Moses brings 15 years technical sales experience to Cooper, product and services, having previously worked for some of the largest leading global IT companies. She is a sponge for the NEW, and in no time at all has become highly effective as an advocate for member companies of the Cooper HIVE. The HIVE is the Cooper business unit that is bringing innovative platform-as-a-service and product opportunities to our customers.
Teresa is honored to be included in the future evolution of Cooper that is focusing on bringing innovative platforms to market. Her passion is evangelizing exciting, fresh technology developed by our newest start-up partners, Network Kinetix, ClearBlade, Pilosa and eyeQ. Stay tuned for more additions to the HIVE! Teresa loves that these are cutting-edge technology solutions that will advance and disrupt the paradigm of how our customers view network security, IoT, and data indexing solutions.
In her spare time Teresa enjoys travel, paddle boarding, wine tasting, and…she says she enjoys just relaxing, but we’ve never actually witnessed anything with her but hyperdrive!
DANE HOLBROOK, Strategic Accounts Manager

Dane Holbrook brings extensive Operations and Project Management experience in setting and driving process improvement projects. He enjoys collaborating with customers and developers on metric-driven system improvements while coordinating technology enhancements back through the organization. Dane brings over 25 years of experience working with companies such as Santanna Energy and ReachForce and their customers.
As Strategic Accounts Manager, Dane is responsible for building and maintaining existing relationships as well as communicating the unique value that Cooper Consulting brings to our prospective customers and business partners. As part of this mission, he focuses on driving coordination and teamwork on all levels.
Dane holds an MIS degree from The University of Texas and enjoys following college football. During his downtime Dane likes spending time outdoors, running hike and bike trails, and reading a good book.
JOSH CAUDLE, Recruiting Division Manager

Josh Caudle joined the Cooper Consulting team in March 2007, with a focus on recruiting great resources and business development. He is responsible for managing the recruiting team to get great results and has been responsible for recruiting key resources for the company. He has over 10 years of sales and recruiting experience for companies including AMD, IBM, Motive, ERCOT, DR Horton, and Harcourt.
Outside of his work life Josh enjoys spending time with his son, the Austin music scene, and traveling.
MELISSA CAUDLE, Director of Finance and In-House Counsel

Melissa Caudle joined the Cooper Consulting management team in July 2006, with a focus on company financials while participating in strategic planning, corporate policies and procedures, employee relations, management of compensation and benefits, and support for business growth and development.
An attorney licensed to practice in New York and Texas, she brings a host of analytic and research capability to the team.
Melissa enjoys snowboarding, cats, local breweries, and traveling the world.
ROBIN SCHWAB, Human Resources and Administration

Robin Schwab joined the Cooper Consulting team in September 2011 with a focus on administration, human resources and visual design for marketing and product development.
Her experience and education include 15 years of customer service and administrative experience, 5 plus years of production management experience, and 3 years of graphic design for print and web platforms. Gifted in many areas, Robin also performs as our graphic design artist and has had training at the Academy of Art University San Francisco.
In her spare time Robin enjoys reading, film, art, designing and working on her new home, cooking and drinking wine with friends, and, after a 6 year absence, rediscovering her hometown of Austin, TX.
TESSIE BRYANT, Senior Managing Consultant

Tessie Bryant joined the Cooper Consulting team in 2006. She brings to Cooper Consulting extensive experience in corporate and project management overseeing division-level activities for public and privately held businesses as well as an accomplished developer and business analyst.
As a Senior Managing Consultant, Tessie is creative and an aggressive self-starter with integrative thinking skills, skilled in forming and maintaining positive and productive working relationships in internal, external, independent, and team environments. With solid business, communications, and presentation skills she is adept at creating and coordinating extensive communication networks to keep executive staff and team members apprised of goals, project status, and at resolving issues and conflicts.
Tessie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, continuing education, and playing all sorts of games including Pokémon Go!
