• Candidate Interview Evaluations – Our leadership team evaluates our candidates’ skills and personality based on their interviews to ensure they align with our customer’s needs before submitting our recommendations.
• Customer Interview/Hire – Our customer meets with our recommended candidates. Cooper Consulting keeps an open line of communication until a final candidate is selected.
• Kick off – We meet with our newly hired consultant and customer to both outline our customer’s expectations and establish a regular communication schedule. Included in this discussion are logistical needs, job responsibilities, deliverables and deadlines.
• Account Management – An assigned Cooper Consulting account manager will create a feedback loop to ensure the success of your project.
