Warranty and Return Policy – Cooper Consulting Company abides by and is committed to the Warranty terms set by DIR for this contract. Our customers have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of signature on our invoices to inform us of their determination that our consultant has made errors in completed work. Cooper will make corrections and revisions as necessary to provide our customer with an acceptable work product without additional cost to the customer. Correction is limited to rework of the unsatisfactory work without change to the original specifications and without regard to the amount of the effort expended on the original work.
